Welcome to Lightvea. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of lightvea.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Lightvea ("Lightvea," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and purchase our products.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Lightvea products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

3. ORDERS AND PRICING

If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund. Prices, offers and product availability may change at any time without notice. "Compare at" prices show the regular price of the product or bundle and are for reference only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges for your order.
5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
6. CHARGEBACKS
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at support@lightvea.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card company. We'll work to resolve it quickly.
7. ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity on your account.
8. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you give Lightvea a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to Lightvea and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. PROHIBITED USE

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lightvea harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a dispute with us, please email support@lightvea.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in small claims court or through binding individual arbitration. You and Lightvea agree that claims will be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
